claire in a brightly lit room with windows and walls and other stuff (slightly NSFW)

I had a fantastic shoot with the wonderful Claire the other day. I'm in love with her wide open apartment with huge windows. The light just floods in making it super easy to shoot.  I shot some Cinestill 800T and Fuji 400H on my Pentax 67 and used the opportunity to play around with a Sony a7II and their cheap 50mm 1.8 lens.

I'm absolutely loving the color tones of the Cinestill above! I kind of want to shoot it for everything at this point.

Shooting the Sony was interesting! Using the electronic viewfinder was pretty weird compared to a normal DSLR, but I really love the files it gave me. We'll see if I decide to use it more! Meanwhile, Claire rocked it with the canvas dress she pulled out!

I finished of my roll of Cinestill above and moved onto the Fuji 400H below.

Moved back over to the Sony for these next two.

We finished the shoot off by the beautifully lit window with some Fuji 400H. I love windows.

I'd love to blog a lot, but I'm not really sure what to say right now. "Hey, my name is Alex and I take photos. I use cameras and we shot in this one place. Here's a couple photos." Maybe I'll just post a lot more photos to make up for my lack of words.

Shoutout to Jess for always being cool. Thank you to coffee for tasting nice. Sorry to my floor for spilling coffee on you after we finished shooting.

(Mostly all shot with a Sigma art 35mm 1.4, with a couple Nikon 85mm 1.8g shots sprinkled in.)

P.S. thanks to Victoria for holding a couch up for me.
